Custom Molded Orthotics
A custom orthotic made to accommodate your unique foot structure. Whether that be flatfeet, high-arched feet, bunions, or other common structural deformities. A cast will be made of your feet in our office and sent to our orthotic lab to begin making your very own orthotic. Custom molded orthotics offer considerable more support to your unique foot structure compared to an over-the-counter product.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO YOUR ORTHOTICS

Determine Your Foot Structure
Our physician must examine the structure of your feet and determine if a custom orthotic is something that would benefit you. In most cases an x-ray will be taken of your feet to better examine your foot structure.

In-office Casting of Your Foot
Once we have completed a full examine of your feet, we will then cast the bottom of your feet. This cast will be used to create an orthotic that is 100% customized to your foot structure. This process only takes about 15 minutes.

Design and Production of Your Orthotic
These casts of your feet will then be sent to our orthotic lab and production will begin. Further customizations can be made to accommodate the type of footwear you will typically be using your orthotics in. This process takes about 3 weeks.

In-office Fitting and Adjustments
Once your custom orthotics have been produced, our physician will further make adjustments with you in the office to ensure they are comfortable and fit properly. Orthotics typically have a break-in period of 1-3 weeks until a noticeable difference can be felt.
*Custom Molded Orthotics are NOT covered by all insurance plans. The out-of-pocket cost for this product is $400, which includes the initial casting, manufacturing, and distribution of the orthotic.
